Dr. Paul specializes in diagnosing and treating hair loss and thinning. With more than 10 years of experience, he has treated over 4,000 patients. His approach is tailored to each patient, using medication, non-surgical procedures, modern hair transplant techniques, or a combination of these.
He developed the LEAN hair transplant technique, also known as Dr. PAUL’s Technique, which uses carefully trimmed grafts placed closer together, recreating the density and pattern of natural hair. He also created the LEAN Non-Shaven and LEAN Long Hair techniques, which allow patients to undergo a transplant without shaving. Beyond scalp procedures, Dr. Paul performs eyebrow, beard, and mustache transplants.
Dr. Paul understands hair loss firsthand. After experiencing hereditary hair loss himself, he regained his confidence through treatment, and that experience inspired him to help others do the same.

Dr. Paul’s Journey to Hair Restoration
It all goes back to when I first noticed my hair getting thinner and thinner. It was hereditary, and honestly, it worried me a lot. It affected my confidence every single day, and I went through some difficult times before treatment helped me feel like myself again. That experience is exactly what drove me to study hair loss seriously, and it helps me understand how my patients feel on a much deeper level.
I grew up outside Bangkok, and I often saw people travel long distances to the capital for treatments that simply weren’t available in our province. That inspired me to start All About Clinic (AAC). We chose to open locations mainly in the provinces, so people living outside Bangkok could access quality, standardized care more easily.
All About Clinic offers many different treatments, but over time I became more and more certain that I wanted to focus fully on hair loss and hair transplantation. So I created a separate brand, Dr. PAUL Hair Clinic, with the same professional team, so we could dedicate ourselves completely to this work.
For me, the most meaningful part of this journey isn’t just the results. It’s seeing how happy patients are when they get their confidence back. Many of them keep visiting even after their treatment is complete, often bringing a small gift. Their kindness is our greatest encouragement, and all of us at Dr. PAUL Hair Clinic are truly grateful for their trust.
